Is Tri-Cities Academy for Islamic Studies a full day school?
Tri-Cities Academy for Islamic Studies is only on Friday’s from 6:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m.
Does Tri-Cities Academy offer a trial class?
A child/children can not attend a class unless they are registered and the monthly tuition fee is paid. Only one trial class does not give a fair experience of what the school has to offer.
Can I join my child(ren) in the class?
We do not allow parents to join their child/children in the class as it is a distraction and a cause of disturbance for both the students and teacher. If necessary, you are welcome to arrange a meeting with the teacher
How do we get access to the online classes?
Once the registration form in filled and monthly tuition fee is paid, a Zoom meeting link and passcode is emailed.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to discontinue or cancel your child/children registration, please contact Tri-Cities Islamic School administration at tricities.academy@gmail.com

A minimum of two weeks notice is required for cancellation. Only cancellation requests sent to the above email address are acceptable. No, verbal, handwritten, or text message cancellations are acceptable.
Tri-cities Islamic School doesn't consider a child's absence without notice as cancellation. Parents will be responsible for payment of monthly tuition fees until the child(ren) are officially unregistered.
