Code of Conduct
By registering to Tri-Cities Islamic School you and your child(ren) are agreeing to the Code of Conduct which are stated as follows, any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in action against participation in the academy's services.

You and your child(ren) agree to be respectful to the academy's- staff, teachers, and the volunteers​

You and your child(ren) agree to be respectful to the fellow students and their parents when on the school premises.

​You and your child(ren) agree not to vandalize school property which includes the Douglas College furniture, whiteboards, projectors, and any other class items.

​You are your child(ren) agree to keep the school property clean.

​You and your child(ren) agree to drop off/be dropped off and picked up/be picked up to their respective class(es).

​You agree to legally park your car (on the street).

​You agree to pay tuition fee at the beginning of every month
Dress Code
To promote the proper etiquette of Salah and covering the awrah, students are obliged to follow a dress codes:

For Boys:

Top should be long enough that they don’t expose their back during sujood

Bottoms can be pants, sweatpants, jeans, trousers, shorts or any bottoms with length below the knees.

Socks should be clean and dry, wet and smelly socks bother other students in the class (if needed keep an extra pair of clean socks in your bag.)​
For Girls:

Top should be a modest long sleeve top/sweater/sweatshirt

Bottoms can be pants, leggings, trousers, sweatpants or any bottoms of ankle length

Socks should be clean and dry.

Head covering of a hijab or a scarf to cover the head during prayer times
